Responsibilities
  • Directly manage Airline and/or MRO accounts within the EAME region and act as focal point for technical requests for the three product divisions of Safran Landing Systems.
  • Provide timely support in line with customer required date (CRD), including on-wing and in-shop requests, and ensure compliance with flight safety regulations.
  • Ensure complete answers are provided to customer requests and interface/coordinate with internal functions within Safran LS (Product Support Engineering, Product Support Management, Customer Support Management, Engineering teams, etc).
  • Utilise existing tools (CRM / MS Dynamics) for all requests including documentation, traceability, and on-wing repairs (RDAS).
  • Daily management of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) activity and support urgent requests from customers concerning AOG rules.
  • Support the Global Out-of-Hours AOG desk by working a weekend day shift on a rotation basis.
  • Support routine travel to customers within the EAME region in line with annual visit planning.
Qualifications
  • Educated to HND standard or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Positive team player able to work independently.
  • Experience with current applications/tools including MS Dynamics, Tech Pubs Documentation, CRM, On-base.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Flexible approach to support out‑of‑hours AOG management and potential customer visits.
