Digital Marketing Manager - Europe

We are working with a well-established and growing international consumer wellness business to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager – Europe . This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketing professional to take ownership of digital strategy across multiple European markets. Leading a team of seven, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention and reactivation across web, email, social and other digital channels.

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with delivery and is comfortable working across multiple markets, stakeholders and digital platforms.

The Role Reporting into the European marketing leadership team, you will:
Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy across Europe. Translate commercial priorities into an effective monthly digital marketing plan. Lead the omnichannel communications strategy across web, email, social and emerging digital channels. Drive customer retention, repeat purchase and reactivation programmes. Oversee digital content across multiple European websites, markets and languages. Lead and develop a team of seven digital marketing professionals.

Define KPIs and use customer and campaign data to continually improve performance. Own and manage the annual digital marketing budget. Support the transition to Shopify Plus , working closely with e-commerce, IT and international colleagues. Develop customer segmentation, personalisation and targeted communications using CDP and marketing automation technology. Identify opportunities to introduce new digital tools and use AI to improve efficiency and team delivery.

Work closely with Commercial, Sales, IT, Customer Services, Events and international marketing teams. Manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving international environment. About You We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who combines strong strategic thinking with a willingness to remain close to the detail. You will ideally have: 5 years' experience within digital marketing, CRM, digital communications or content marketing.

3–5 years' experience managing and developing a team. Strong knowledge of digital marketing across web, email, social and CRM.

Experience with CDP and marketing automation platforms. A strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention and reactivation. Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau or Snowflake. Experience managing digital activity across multiple markets, ideally including multilingual websites. Experience leading cross-functional digital projects involving multiple stakeholders. Exposure to digital transformation or the implementation of new marketing technology. Confidence using AI tools and an interest in how AI can improve marketing processes and team productivity.

Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience of Shopify Plus or another major e-commerce platform migration would be advantageous, but is not essential.
