Our client is thriving and looking for an Account Executive who can build a diverse commercial book of business, delivering smart, tailored risk solutions and outstanding client service. You'll be working closely with clients to understand their needs, negotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms, and spotting opportunities to develop accounts organically. This is a role where you can bring your personality, your technical strength, and your relationship-building skills and really make an impact.

We're looking for someone with commercial insurance experience, ideally in broking, who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. Confidence in client meetings, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are all essential. Progress towards Cert CII or Dip CII is a bonus, and you'll have full support to continue your professional development.
