Are you ready to make a real difference in the world of insurance? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Claims Handler to join our Gloucester team. This is your chance to be part of a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services. You’ll play a key role in delivering a claims service that exceeds client expectations, while working in a supportive and inclusive environment where you can truly thrive.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for policyholders, guiding them through the claims process with care and professionalism. You’ll keep clients informed every step of the way, ensuring they feel supported and confident in the service they receive. Whether it’s liaising with insurers, recovery agents, or solicitors, you’ll ensure claims are handled efficiently and accurately from start to finish.

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your expertise, staying up to date with market trends, insurance legislation, and technical knowledge. By balancing your workload effectively and maintaining accurate records, you’ll help us deliver a seamless claims experience that truly makes a difference.

• A background in the insurance industry, with experience in claims handling.
• The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in writing.
• A proactive approach to identifying potential risks and seeking advice when needed.
• Strong organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a commitment to process adherence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
