Howden Gloucester is seeking a Renewal Coordinator to support Insurance Advisers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will manage renewals from start to finish, coordinate with insurers, and communicate renewal options to customers to secure the best cover and service.
The role requires at least 2 years in a customer service setting, with training provided for Private Medical Insurance. We offer hybrid working and a culture focused on integrity, development and teamwork.
