Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded law firm, based in Cheltenham, who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor who enjoys handling a varied commercial property caseload and is looking for a role that offers both flexibility and long-term career prospects.

  Commercial Property Solicitor
• Salary: £65,000 to £75,000
• Location:
  
  Cheltenham – hybrid

• Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work and development matters
• Working closely with existing clients while also contributing to business development

Joining a supportive, collaborative team with a strong local reputation.

• A qualified solicitor with ideally 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
• Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
• Commercially minded, with strong client‑care and business development skills.

• Hybrid working available, typically 2–3 days per week in the Cheltenham office.
• A competitive salary, very much dependent on experience.
• A friendly and professional working environment with genuine scope for progression.
