Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive - Gloucester

A well established and respected law firm in Gloucester is looking to welcome an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to their growing team.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters from first enquiry through to settlement. That includes advising clients, negotiating outcomes, keeping files organised and compliant, monitoring financials, and contributing to the team's wider goals. You’ll also play a part in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development activity.

You’ll likely bring 3-5 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) and a strong track record of managing your own caseload confidently. You should be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of your work.

• Confidence using multiple systems and analysing data
