Permanent, Full-time Salary: 40,000 to 55,000 (depending on experience)
A well established and growing legal team is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to provide high quality legal services across Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where you will play a key role in client care, case management, and the achievement of team objectives.
The Role You will manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters while supporting the wider team in delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting initial consultations and client triage
Advising and liaising with clients on personal injury matters
Managing ongoing cases from instruction to resolution
Maintaining strong client relationships
Negotiating settlements and progressing matters efficiently
Supporting networking and business development activities
Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing
Meeting monthly and annual fee targets
Managing outstanding debt collection
Attending team meetings where required
Keeping files organised, compliant, and up to date Using DPS for all correspondence and ensuring team compliance
Adhering to company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive with:3-5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to manage a busy personal workload and meet deadlines
Experience using multiple systems and handling data confidently
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to follow clear instructions and work independentlyA proactive, responsible, and team focused approach
Excellent client relationship skills
