Salary: 50,000 to 65,000, dependent on experience

Chadwick Nott is recruiting on behalf of a respected regional law firm for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to take on a varied and rewarding caseload in a supportive, well-established practice with strong ties to the local community.

The Role You'll be joining a busy Private Client department, handling a broad mix of matters with autonomy and support.

Responsibilities include:

Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising on Probate and Estate Administration Managing Trusts and related tax and estate planning

Providing clear, compassionate advice to a diverse client base Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in Private Client work Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and estate planning

Excellent communication and client care skillsA proactive, organised approach with attention to detailA genuine interest in building long-term client relationships

Working Arrangements This is a full-time, office-based role with standard working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
