The Role You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including:

Drafting wills and trusts

Estate administration and probate

Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

Tax and succession planning

About You Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills, Probate, and general private client work (PQE levels are flexible as a guide)
