This is an excellent opportunity for those senior solicitors who want to take a step up, or experienced department heads who wish to join a leading, well-established and highly regarded firm.

The right candidate will have strong experience across the board and must be confident in running a caseload independently to a high standard. You will also be responsible for providing advice of a high calibre and be enthused at the idea of great responsibility within the firm.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all areas of Private Client work, including living wills, Court of Protection, deeds of variation, and experience in resolving disputes concerning wills and estates. Holding a STEP or SFE accreditation will be highly advantageous for the applicant, however they are by no means essential. You will be personable, reliable and enthusiastic; able to engage in the business development side of the firm and confident in your abilities to manage your time and prioritise.
