Litigation Solicitor

Tayntons Solicitors is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join our expanding Litigation team in Gloucester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on a variety of litigation matters, including:

• Residential and commercial Landlord & Tenant disputes
• Contentious Probate
• Contract disputes
• Property disputes
• TOLATA claims
• Company and shareholder disputes
• Employment disputes (desirable but not essential)
