A growing residential property team in Gloucester is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive at NQ+.

This is a role for someone who wants to work on quality residential property matters without being pushed into a high-volume, target-driven environment
.

You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Lease extensions
• Transfers of equity
• Other residential property matters

The team works with clients who value quality, expertise and clear advice
, rather than simply

looking for the cheapest option.

You will have the support of experienced senior conveyancers and heads of department, many of whom have been with the business for a number of years.

There is a particularly strong package on offer, including:

• Discretionary annual bonus linked to team performance
