The Role You will manage a varied caseload across all aspects of agricultural and landed estates work, including:

Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and rural land Agricultural tenancies and farming partnerships

Rural property finance and development

Easements, covenants, and rights of way Succession planning and tax considerations in collaboration with the private client team

You will advise a high-profile client base including landowners, farmers, estate owners, and rural businesses. As a senior member of the team, you will also support junior colleagues and play a role in business development.

About You Qualified Solicitor in agriculture and estates or rural property law Strong technical expertise in property transactions, ideally with rural or agricultural focus

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Commercial awareness and interest in developing client connections

Ambitious with leadership potential, particularly at Senior Associate level
