This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on high-quality claimant matters within a supportive firm that offers flexibility, progression, and a strong pipeline of work.

The Role From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

Managing claimant personal injury and clinical negligence cases from inception through to settlement or trial

Handling complex liability and quantum issues, including catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters

Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other professionals

Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court documentation

Negotiating settlements and advising clients clearly and sensitively throughout the claims process

Ensuring compliance with procedural rules, protocols, and limitation deadlines

About You Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence

Ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision

Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
