Planning Solicitor | 1-5 PQE | Midlands
I'm currently working with a specialist regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Planning Solicitor as part of the continued growth of its team.
This is a great opportunity for a Planning Solicitor looking to join a well-established, specialist practice with a broad client base and a genuinely collaborative working environment.
The role
You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of planning matters, advising a varied client base that includes landowners, businesses and developers.
The work is likely to include:
- Planning applications and general planning advice
- Planning appeals
- Enforcement matters
- Planning agreements and obligations
- Section 106 agreements
- Certificates of Lawfulness
- Development-related planning work
- Advising clients on planning strategy and potential development opportunities
The team handles a mixture of contentious and non-contentious planning work, giving you the opportunity to build a broad practice rather than being restricted to one particular area.

About you
The firm is open to hearing from Planning Solicitors at various experience levels.
You might currently be working within a dedicated Planning team or have developed planning experience as part of a broader Property, Development or Rural practice.
