Commercial Property Solicitor

Reference:  are currently working with this highly respected firm based in Gloucestershire who are on the lookout for a talented commercial property solicitor to join their growing commercial property team. This commercial property team are based in the beautiful town of Cirencester.

Your caseload will include a range of transactional commercial property work to include sales & purchases, landlord & tenant and some development work.

The firm is ideally looking for a commercial property solicitor with atleast 1 PQE, who has experience in dealing with their own commercial property caseload. If you are an NQ with a commercial property training seat - you are welcome to get in touch.

If you have commercial property as part of a wider residential property caseload - please still apply. Your caseload will include a range of transactional commercial property work to include sales & purchases, landlord & tenant and some development work.

This commercial property solicitor will be ambitious and keen to take that next step in their career.
