The Placement Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supply Chain Placement Student to join our European Distributions team for a 12‑month placement based in Gloucester.

• Gain exposure to core supply chain areas including Customer Experience, Logistics, and Sales & Operational Execution
• Support and contribute to long‑term strategic projects aligned to INVISTA’s 5‑year business objectives
• Analyse data, identify trends, and develop recommendations that create value for the business and our customers
• Apply critical and economic thinking to prioritise work and solve problems effectively
• Communicate insights and ideas clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
• Build strong professional relationships and benefit from ongoing mentorship and development support

• Currently studying towards a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Communicate clearly and effectively and are comfortable sharing ideas and perspectives with others
• Proactive, curious, and motivated by learning and making a meaningful contribution
• Enjoy analysing information, identifying opportunities, and improving processes
• Willing to respectfully challenge the status quo and explore new ways of working
