About the role Aerospace Supply Chains, Coordinated by you…As part of our Procurement team, the Supply Chain Specialist will proactively manage a portfolio of suppliers ensuring we have a world class supply chain into site.

You'll have opportunities to learn and progress, with investment being made on site it's an exciting time to join our growing local team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure our requirements are met
• Working with poor performing suppliers to analyse the impacts of an improvement request and implement an action plan
• Participate in multisite supplier business reviews with a cross functional team (CFT)
• Work within a CFT to ensure successful work package transfers within the Supply Chain
• Support the Supplier Performance Quality Leader in the effective implementation of Supplier Performance strategy and initiatives
• Manage internal expectations with key customers to ensure full customer satisfaction

Due to the nature of this role, there will be some travel required, visiting supplier sites when required on an ad-hoc basis.
