Mobile Cleaner

Solo Service Group are recruiting a mobile cleaning operative to join our team on a full time, permanent basis in the Gloucestershire Area. We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team. We will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

You will need the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. This role is 40 hours per week. Hours can be flexible but the typical shift is 06:00–10:00 then 15:00–19:00, 8 hours a day. Pay is £14.25 per hour.

Due to the nature of this role the successful applicant will be required to undertake police vetting and must have been a resident in the UK for 3 years or more. You will need to be able to drive for this role, and have a full UK Driving License. A company van will be provided.

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, washroom and general cleaning.

You will also:

• Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
• Good attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• Cleaning experience preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
