Cover Cleaner

About The Role

Zero‑hours cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

• Induction at the start of your contract and receive training within the first week to learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials; full training will be provided.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and be fully prepared with a clear understanding of what to look out for.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Local to the area.
• Cleaning experience (though we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with the public and management team.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
