The Cleaners – Temp – School Cleaning Gloucester role, based in Gloucester, involves maintaining hygienic and safe environments across local primary schools, secondary schools, and academies. This temporary position offers flexible, term‑time friendly shifts with consistent part‑time or full‑time hours. Weekly pay and accrued holiday pay are provided, with rates between £12.71 and £13.45 depending on site and experience. Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a current Enhanced DBS certificate.

Pay Rates: £12.71 – £13.45, depending on experience and site.

Locations:
Primary schools, secondary schools, and academies across Gloucester and surrounding areas.

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Replenishing cleaning supplies where required
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting site staff as needed

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Experience working in schools or similar environments (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and organised approach
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Proof of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate, or national )

• Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
