Cleaning and Waste Operative

Salary: £13.38 per hour.

Hours:

8 hours per day.

Shift Pattern: 2pm to 10pm, 4 on / 2 off.

Contract:

Permanent.

• Work within a warehouse environment as part of the cleaning and waste team.
• Perform general cleaning and tidying of all areas within the warehouse, including washrooms and canteens.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and cleaning products.
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained, and in safe working order.
• Respond quickly to call‑outs from the client and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and policies.
• Manage waste disposal.

• No experience necessary; full training will be provided.
• Basic Disclosure Check and drug and alcohol screening test required.
