Service and Repair Engineer

Position: Gas Service & Repair Engineer (Gas Engineer)

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucester & Stroud

Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent Contract

Basic Salary: £31,155.63 per annum

Expected earnings up to: £45,000 per annum (based on completed jobs)

Additional income for each completed job through a unique price‑work structure.

You will carry out servicing and maintenance in domestic social housing properties, aiming for first‑time fixes with the support of our 24/7 network.

• Provide gas engineering services and repair work in social housing units.
• Perform troubleshooting and first‑time repairs to meet quality standards.
• Follow PH Jones and British Gas safety and procedural standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.

• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 2 years of qualified experience in gas engineering.
• ACS qualification including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR
  1.
• Knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards.
