Estate Service Worker

We are now seeking an Estate Service Worker - someone to provide a professional and effective neighbourhood estates service. This includes the maintenance of communal areas within blocks, waste removal, gardening services, graffiti and fly tipping removal and environmental works, making every visit count for our customers.

You will be responsible for the effective management of waste across our sites, ensuring bin collections are completed on schedule and fly-tipping is promptly cleared to maintain clean, safe, and presentable environments. The role also includes general grounds maintenance to keep communal areas tidy, completing regular block and site inspections to identify issues and report any repairs required, and assisting with the clearance of void properties to help minimise rent loss and prepare homes for re-letting.
