General Maintenance Operative
Reports To: Engineering Supervisor / Contract Delivery Manager
Location: Whitecross School, Herefordshire
Contract Type: [PFI Contract - Hard & Soft FM]

Role Purpose

To provide a safe, responsive, and efficient maintenance service across the site, carrying out planned and reactive tasks to maintain buildings, services, and associated equipment. The role supports statutory compliance, contractual performance standards, and a safe environment for building users.
