We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive accident repairer for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their busy centre in Gloucester. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to develop their career within a highly reputable company.

40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible shift patterns
Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction
Complete assigned jobs within the estimated paint times
Safeguard the vehicle and contents during procedures
Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards upon completion
Carry out repairs adhering to industry best practices and procedures
Interpret and implement technical data and specifications
Use all paint mixing schemes accurately, including drying areas and equipment
Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager when work orders are unclear or incorrect
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3 and ATA accredited or equivalent; or proven, stable, time-served experience
Valid driving licence
Strong work ethic, team player, and committed individual
Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
Motivation to work towards team targets
Knowledge of PAS 125 standards or ATA accreditation is highly advantageous but not essential
