About The Role:

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You will carry out routine and reactive cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met.

• Complete daily cleaning duties to agreed standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues identified.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and service requirements.
• Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults.
• Complete periodic and specialist cleaning tasks as required.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in good order.

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong timekeeping and reliability.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Ability to read and speak English to support safe working practices.
• The ability to obtain and maintain national security clearance.

• Positive and professional attitude.
• Team player with a flexible approach.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
