Vertu Accident Repair – South

Vertu Accident Repair are recruiting! We have a unique position available for a Regional Manager to join us to support our teams in the South of England.

As our Accident Repair Regional Manager, you will be critical in supporting the Vertu Accident Repair operation, and the Repair Centres, to reach their objectives and targets.

We are offering a Competitive Basic Salary of £55,000 plus an OTE of £65,000 and a Company Car.

Within this role you will be supporting our Accident Repair Sites in the south, stretching from Loughborough to Exeter. With this in mind, we are flexible on the location of the successful candidate.

You will have responsibility for overseeing the smooth operation of the Accident Repair sites and ensure they are achieving their targets and following the Group vision. You will be responsible to lead, develop and motivate your team in order to retain colleagues, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues. The ultimate aim is to achieve an outstanding customer experience to both dealerships and retail customers.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to regularly travel across your region.

For this role we are looking for you to have:

  • Experience with in a Regional or Multi-Site Management role
  • Experience with in the Accident Repair Sector / Bodyshop
  • Experience and knowledge of Financial and Management Accounts
  • Competent in IT Literacy including all Microsoft packages
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills
