We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to take full responsibility for delivering a 100-plot timber frame residential development in Cheltenham. This is a number one position on site, offering autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to lead a flagship project from start to finish.

The Role
 
Overall management of a 100-unit timber frame housing development
Acting as the No.1 on site, with full control of programme, quality, health & safety, and delivery
Coordinating timber frame erection, groundworks, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Liaising with senior management, clients, consultants, and local authorities
Maintaining high standards of H&S, quality control, and site presentation  Requirements
 
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager on residential developments
Timber frame experience is essential (applications without this will not be considered)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage a large-scale housing project independently
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
