We are seeking an experienced Foundry Manager to oversee operations at a busy site in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day foundry operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently
• Oversee the maintenance and performance of plant and equipment
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and health & safety standards
• Manage and develop a skilled team, providing coaching and support
• Liaise with senior management to align operational performance with business goals
