General Manager

Commercial Vehicle General Manager required for our Automotive dealership Client.

Our Client based in Gloucester, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their dealership.

• Starting salary up to £60,000 per annum pending experience.
• Performance-related bonuses providing a £70,000+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings.
• Company vehicle allowance.
• 23 days of annual leave per year plus the 8 bank holidays.

• Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
• A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
• Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.

• Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
• Fully responsible for the P& L of the dealership
• Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
• Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.

For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £60000.
