Location:

Reports to:
Chief Risk Officer.
Bromford Flagship Live West is creating a new Director of Asset Management role with responsibility for data, reporting, integration, standards and assurance for the Midlands region (previously Bromford). This is a significant opportunity to shape how one of the UK's largest housing organisations understands, manages and invests in its homes and places. The role will set the rolling five-year Asset Management Plan for Bromford Flagship, ensuring decisions are supported by trusted data, clear standards, robust governance and a consistent approach across delivery regions.
The role does not directly own regional delivery. Instead, it will provide the clarity, tools, frameworks and assurance that enable regional teams to deliver safely, compliantly and will play a key part in ensuring Bromford Flagship Live West has a comprehensive, evidence‑based understanding of its assets, how they perform, and how investment choices today support customers and places into the future.
As Director of Asset Management, you will lead the development of asset policies, standards and technical requirements. You will own asset and stock data governance, oversee asset‑related regulatory reporting and provide clear insight to Executive colleagues, Boards, regulators and investors. You will also lead the integration plan for asset management, including the continuous improvement and further data integration into the new D365 Enterprise Asset Management system, while supporting delivery directors to embed effective adoption across the organisation.
