This is a key senior leadership opportunity, providing visible, credible clinical leadership and assurance across MIIU services. The post holder will play a pivotal role in strengthening clinical standards, governance frameworks, workforce capability, and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred urgent care.
Working in close collaboration with the Urgent Care Matrons, Deputy Service Director for Urgent Care, and wider senior leadership team, the Modern Matron will contribute to the ongoing development and alignment of MIIU services across the system.
