Are you a commercially minded leader looking for an opportunity to take ownership of sales, customer relationships and business growth within an established and growing organisation?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company in a senior leadership role, working closely with the Managing Director to help shape the business's future success.
The company are a well established technical services provider supporting commercial customers across the UK. Following continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their management structure with the addition of a Commercial Director.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the sales pipeline, customer relationships, pricing and commercial performance. You'll lead and develop a small team while working closely with senior leadership to improve processes, drive growth and ensure strong commercial outcomes across the business.
The ideal candidate will have commercial leadership, sales management, business development or account management experience in a technical, engineering, construction, building services or service-based environment.
The Role- Leading the sales and commercial function
- Managing customer relationships and key accounts
- Overseeing pricing, quotations and commercial performance
- Leading and developing a small sales focused team
- Office based in Cheltenham with occasional travel
- Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Commercial Director, Commercial Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar background
- Strong commercial and customer facing experience
- Experience leading teams and improving business performance
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills
