Role: Branch Supervisor

Hours: 44 per week – Permanent; 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Saturday (rota)

Basic Salary: £29,918 per year

Bonus/OTE: Up to £34,718 per year

• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to deliver excellence.
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets.
• Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Assist with the delivery of branch operations and support Branch colleagues as required.
• Support the Branch Manager to ensure team complete actions and activities on time and in full.
• Ensure branch compliance with health and safety, company policies and procedures.
• Undertake stocktakes and audits.
• Maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles.
• Conduct branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing and merchanting.

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business targets.
• A hands‑on, customer‑focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage future customers.
• A commercial focus to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Good organisational skills, prioritisation and initiative.
• Confident IT user with experience of MS Office and industry software such as SAP.
• Full and valid driving licence; FLT licence an advantage.
• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.
• Previous branch stocktake experience advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a small team and occasionally alone.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment advantageous.
