Key Details
Role: Branch Supervisor
Hours: 44 per week – Permanent; 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Saturday (rota)
Basic Salary: £29,918 per year
Bonus/OTE: Up to £34,718 per year

Branch Supervisors Responsibilities- Work closely with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to deliver excellence.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
- Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets.
- Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Assist with the delivery of branch operations and support Branch colleagues as required.
- Support the Branch Manager to ensure team complete actions and activities on time and in full.
- Ensure branch compliance with health and safety, company policies and procedures.
- Undertake stocktakes and audits.
- Maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles.
- Conduct branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing and merchanting.
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business targets.
- A hands‑on, customer‑focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage future customers.
- A commercial focus to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Good organisational skills, prioritisation and initiative.
- Confident IT user with experience of MS Office and industry software such as SAP.
- Full and valid driving licence; FLT licence an advantage.
- Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.
- Previous branch stocktake experience advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a small team and occasionally alone.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment advantageous.
