Within Reach Services is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for a children's home in Gloucester. You will oversee a safe, nurturing environment for young people with SEMH/LD needs and lead a small team in a two-bed setting.
You will work 40 hours per week with an on-call requirement, supported by a Deputy and Assistant Manager. The role offers progression, a strong leadership structure, and an enhanced benefits package.
