PDA Search & Selection is seeking a Regional Cleaning Manager to oversee window cleaning operations across the South West of England. The role manages up to eight area managers, audits sites, and ensures budgets and KPIs are met. Travel 2–3 days weekly to sites and maintain high audit scores.
The candidate will recruit and train staff, handle client relationships, and ensure health and safety standards are followed across a large portfolio of sites.
