Service Manager

Duties:

• Lead and supervise a team comprising 4 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, and 2 Apprentices
• Manage daily workshop operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support
• Maximise utilisation of workshop facilities and optimise labour sales
• Maintain workshop standards and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Support team development through training, motivation, and effective communication
• Collaborate with management to implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager or Supervisor within a small to medium franchise-approved car dealership
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• IT literacy and familiarity with dealership management systems
• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
• Resident within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
