£35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus £55,000 Total OTE

We're looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a dealership in Gloucester. You'll be responsible for overseeing the aftersales department, ensuring the service operation runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service and driving departmental performance.

You'll play a key role in managing and motivating the team, maintaining high standards across the department and ensuring customer expectations are met. You'll also be responsible for monitoring performance, maximising profitability and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in an Aftersales Manager role, or an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager ready to take the next step. You'll need strong leadership and communication skills, a commercial mindset and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The package includes a £35,000 basic salary, with bonus potential taking total earnings to £55,000 OTE. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of an aftersales operation and continue developing your management career within the automotive industry.
