As a CNC Setter/Operator on the night shift, you'll play a key part in delivering high-precision parts to exacting standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and operating CNC machines to produce precision components
• Conducting detailed quality inspections using advanced measurement tools
• Working to tight tolerances (within +/- 5 microns)
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols
• Supporting team productivity and process improvements
• Engaging in continuous training and skills enhancement

• Strong understanding of machine tools and metric measurements
• High attention to detail and strong near vision
• Ability to work with fine tolerances and complex specifications
• A reliable team player with solid communication skills

• Prior experience in CNC or machining roles
• Willingness to learn - full training is provided

• Advanced CNC machinery
• High-precision metrology and measuring tools

This is a night shift role with a rotating 6-6 pattern:

• Week 1:
  Five 12-hour night shifts
• Week 2:
  Two 12-hour night shifts

This schedule provides extended blocks of time off across the fortnight, supporting better work-life balance.
