A food-based company in the Tewkesbury area is seeking a Machine Operator for a Temp to Perm position. This role requires flexibility, working 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting at either 0530 or 1330. Responsibilities include setting up and operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and packing products for distribution. Ideal candidates should have experience in food production and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The starting pay is £12.80, with potential increases through ongoing training.
