Are you a skilled Pattern Maker or Bench Joiner with experience in composite materials, metalwork, and woodworking? Were looking for a talented individual to join our Manufacturing Materials team in a challenging and rewarding role. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for precision, and experience working with both manual and CNC equipment, wed love to hear from you

• Construct patterns and moulds from metal, wood, and composite materials based on detailed drawings and CAD data.
• Operate CNC programming machines to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow manufacturing instructions to carry out day:to:day production requirements.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they are stored safely.
• Liaise with customers and contractors as needed to support project requirements.
• Contribute to research and development tasks when required.
• Minimise waste and ensure all waste materials are disposed of in compliance with company procedures.
• Follow stock control procedures as instructed by the Pattern Shop Manager.
• Keep the work environment organised, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

• Strong knowledge of composites, woodworking, and metalworking techniques.
• Experience operating machines like sanders, circular saws, band saws, mills, and lathes.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Experience in CNC programming is preferred but not essential.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing top:quality work.
