We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and reputable company based near Bishops Cleeve (within easy reach of Winchcombe, Cheltenham, Bishops Cleeve and Tewkesbury). This long-established family run business take pride in offering excellent benefits, encouraging, and supporting staff development and promotion. Duties will include operating machinery and following strict processes and procedures.
 
* Applicants need to be focused and have excellent attention to detail to pick up on defects, production or quality issues as well as a keen work ethic.
 
* Fork Lift Truck driving experience an advantage

* Due to the rural location of the site own transport is essential and candidates will need to live within a 30 min drive of Winchcombe.
Full PPE provided except for safety footwear which you will need to provide. Please note that the site is strictly non-smoking throughout.
The company operate a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which is 2 days shifts (6am to 6pm) & 2-night shifts (6pm to 6am) followed by 4 days off on a rotating shift pattern. This role is temporary to permanent with an immediate start available, however, if notice is required this is not an issue.

Salary starting at £33.7k per annum (£15.45ph) – 25 days holiday + bank holidays (8)
Salary will increase with each new skill gained! Excellent overtime rates.
