• Create and edit CNC programmes
• Work from engineering drawings to produce precision components
• Support machine set-up and prove-out of new jobs
• Select tooling and optimise programmes to improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain programme documentation and version control
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience working as a CNC Programmer
• Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Mazak or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with offline programming beneficial but not essential
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
