We are now seeking a CNC Milling setter to work for an Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Gloucester. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision engineering products.
Responsibilities- Setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
- Working on technical engineering drawings
- Working with aluminium and stainless steel
- Use measuring tools
- Ensuring excellent quality through inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as gauges, verniers and micrometres
- Previous experience in setting and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc or Haas controls
- Ability to change tools and adjust offsets
- Use of measuring tools
