• Operating manually controlled machines (saws, sanders, drills)
• Working from technical engineering drawings
• Preparing and loading materials and components
• Inspecting and measuring finished parts to ensure accuracy
• Maintaining quality standards and reporting issues

• Experience operating manually controlled machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Understanding of basic measurement and quality principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment

This MS4 Machine Operator role in Gloucester is available on either a day shift or a double day shift pattern, offering flexibility within a structured manufacturing environment.
