Production/Quality Engineer (Defense/ Aerospace) Gloucester £45,000 - £50,000  Quarterly Bonus (Profit Based)  Career Progression Are you a Production Engineer with experience in Quality and Compliance, looking for a technical and hands on role where you will get exposure to the full Manufacturing process, ranging from CNC Machining, first-off and final Quality checks, and overall Compliance throughout the Manufacturing process? Do you want to work in a varied and exciting role for a leading Manufacturer who supply into a diverse range of industries, including but not limited to the Defense, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, and Semiconductor sectors, with the added benefits of career progression into team lead and senior roles, and a quarterly profit based company bonus?

On offer is the chance to work for a leading Manufacturer who supply a diverse range of clients in a variety of exciting industries, who work with a variety of specialist machinery including Nakamura CNC's, brand new CMM's and metrology equipment, multi-spindle mill-turn machines, as well as a variety of exotic materials, ensuring maximum Manufacturing capabilities. In this role you will be responsible for working with a variety of CNC machines, including Millers and Turners, Quality checks throughout the Manufacturing process, and championing overall compliance throughout the Manufacturing process.

This is a varied and diverse role where you will work across multiple departments, in a variety of exciting industries. This role would suit a Production Engineer with experience in Quality and Compliance, looking for a varied and exciting role where you will be a key player throughout the full lifecycle of Manufacturing process, with the added benefits of scalable career progression into senior roles, and a quarterly profit-based bonus.
