The General Labour position in Gloucester, offered by Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial, involves working as a CNC Operator within a manufacturing setting.
This full‑time role pays £12.71 per hour and runs Monday to Friday.
An immediate start is available for candidates with relevant CNC experience.
Day-to-Day Duties:- Operating CNC machinery to manufacture high‑quality products
- Loading materials and preparing machines for production runs
- Monitoring machine operations and ensuring efficient output
- Carrying out quality inspections and measurements of finished products
- Reading and following technical drawings and production specifications
- Identifying and reporting machine faults or maintenance requirements
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Supporting the wider production team as required
- Previous CNC operating experience preferred
- Experience with in a manufacturing or woodworking environment would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
