Production Operative – Gloucester
Temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. Salary ranges from £12.71 – £14.30 p/h after 12 weeks, then £12.81 – £16.36 p/h. 37.5 hour week. Various shifts available.
Shift Times: 7 am – 3 pm (day), 6 am – 2 pm / 2 pm – 10 pm (double days), 10 pm – 6 am (night).
Role Responsibilities- Set and operate machines.
- Assemble products from drawings.
- Work from production sheets (alphanumeric).
- Measure materials using tap measures.
- Load and unload machinery.
- Meet production targets.
- Good level of English, both written and verbal.
- Computer skills.
- Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read measurements.
- Face‑to‑face registrations in the Branch.
